Refund Policy

Refunds only apply to items that are clearly defective or damaged on arrival. If 10 calendar days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a refund.

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. We require a clear photo of the item in its original condition, and inside or next to the original shipping package that clearly shows the customer name and delivery address.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Once you have provided evidence of your defective or damaged item we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. The time to receive your refund is dependent on merchant and bank processing times.
